LexOlympiad is an initiative by LEX Foundation as a National Standard Scholarship Exam for young talent search from Non – Metropolitan.  It is a talent search contest for Rural and semi urban students (academic & scholastic aptitude competition) to identify talented students and nurture their academic & non-academic talents. LexOlympiad aims at encouraging and motivating students to excel in education especially students in semi-urban and rural areas. It also motivates and helps talented students by providing financial assistance in the form of scholarships. We understand lack of financial support is one of the major hindrances for some students to pursue school/higher education. LexOlympiad is India’s 1^st Olympiad for Non – Metropolitan.

LexOlympiad at its core is about popularizing academic competition and assisting development of competitive spirit among school children.

LEX Foundation strongly believes that LexOlympiad Exams, apart from bringing out the best in the participants also helps them gain confidence for competing with the best first in their region then across the country. It contributes to their personality development. It has been proven that recognition of merit at an early age is bound to infuse a certain sense of achievement that encourages them to do even better as they advance in age.

The students are exposed to a variety of complex problems which demand a high level of analytical ability and proficiency in the use of various concepts from a cross-section of subjects, thereby invoking ingenuity in dealing with them. Since admissions to various professional institutions like IITs, Medical Colleges and other undergraduate colleges are given on the basis of performance in competitive exams, such Olympiads also pave the way for a true understanding of the concepts that is so essential for doing well in these highly competitive exams. This Olympiad indicates students’ readiness to take up new challenges in education sector and many other spheres.
